Chico Chai is a very rare style of chai, brewed slowly by hand in small batches and bottled fresh without preservatives.

"The taste is unique; the perfect blend of spicy and sweet." says owner and brew-mistress Sarah Adams Chico Chai was started by Sarah in 2004, making a couple of gallons a week. The chai is now available at 23 different cafes, grocery stores, gift shops and restaurants in Chico. You can find Chico Chai by the cup, in quarts and gallons of liquid concentrate and tins of loose leaf chai, as well as by the pound.
